Click2City is a group of free online classified websites. It endeavours to provide a community-level forum for an easy and convenient way to trading of goods and services, job postings, sharing of ideas and much more.

Click2City was launched in 2007 with the goal of providing users a new and easy-to-use community website for a wide variety of services. Moreover, Click2City would like to create a convenient, fun, and easy way for people in the same city to meet, trade, share ideas, and help each other out in areas such as housing, jobs, goods, services, cars and more.

Why the name ‘Click2City’?

Because Click2City aims to reach out to almost every city in the world, we needed a name that would capture what its ambitions are. ‘Click2City’ will literally allow users to ‘click’ to the city they reside in or a city they are visiting.

For instance, if you were residing in Toronto, you would simply click to find the city of Toronto and Click2City would instantly open up a world of services available to you in Toronto.

In this sense, the name ‘Click2City’ is highly appropriate simply because it will enable everyone in a particular region of the globe to click to a city of their choice and look for whatever they would like in the comfort of their home, office, or hotel.

What distinguishes Click2City from other community classified websites?

In recent years, the classified ad market has been moving from print to online at a speed of light. At the same time, community websites have popped up allowing people from all over the world to communicate and share ideas and experiences.

To date, most of these services have been offered in isolation from each other, meaning that classified websites do what they do best and community websites do what they do best. There has been little effort to try and fuse the classified and community portals into a single portal; in other words, the marketplace of goods/services and the marketplace of ideas are currently (for the most part) separate entities

Click2City aims to bridge this gap by bringing the easiest, most user-friendly system and tools to our users so they can not only immediately post their ads, but also communicate seamlessly with the person at the other end.
